I have a B.A. in Natural Science with an emphasis in biology as well as a B.S. in Exercise Science from Fresno State University. I also have my M.A. in Exercise Science from Fresno State University. I am currently working on my Bachelors of Science in Nursing at Wright State University.

I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist which is accredited by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (find my listing at http://www.nsca-lift.org/trainers/locator/ (city of Huber Heights)) as well as a Registered Clinical Exercise Physiologist which is accredited by the American College of Sports Medicine. The RCEP certification is the most prestigious certification granted by the ACSM and requires a masters degree in exercise science, the passing of a certification exam as well as extensive experience working with populations with disease processes which include: Hematological/Immunological, Cardiac, Pulmonary, Musculoskeletal, Orthopedic, and Metabolic. My practice experience includes:

  • Internship in Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation as part of

fulfilling requirements for my masters degree in exercise science for six months.

  • Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for Bullard High Schools Men's

Swimming and Water Polo Teams for two years.

  • Head Exercise Physiologist for a pain management and rehabilitation

clinic in Dayton, OH for a year and a half before starting my third bachelors degree in nursing at Wright State University.
