Born in Shiraz, Iran, I (Nima Kasraie) am a Doctoral student in Medical Physics with specialty in Diagnostic Imaging. My Masters degree is in Nuclear Engineering, and I have a Batchelors in Physics. I have studied in both Iranian and American universities, and am fluent in Persian language, and have 2 years working experience in Radio Tehran's English Service (Iran National Radio Service, IRIB). I have many peripheral interests, e.g. gave two lectures on Iranian architecture at SESAH (2004, 2005 meetings). Currently reside in San Antonio, Texas.
