Thomas W. Leonhardt is an academic library administrator who has written and edited articles and books on technical services and collection development. He is a management and collection development consultant and has lately developed an interest in education and accreditation for library and information science programs. He has served on the American Library Association Committee on Accreditation from 2004 - 2008 and was chair of the COA from 2005 - 2007.
