Forest plot of results from the SMART randomized controlled trial. This figure shows the effect of long-acting adrenergic beta-agonists (LABAs) on the secondary outcome (asthma-related mortality), controlling for race and use concommitent corticosteroids. From data in Table 4 and Table 8 of:
