CZ:Election July-August 2013/Nominations/Editorial Council Authors/Martin Wyatt

I accept nomination without enthusiasm, and will be well pleased if not elected. I accept because I can see that someone has to do it (though preferably not me), and my career was in the running of voluntary organisations, trying (among other tasks) to create and apply useful and helpful rules to forward the organisational aims.
