I have worked in educational consultancy (profit and in-house) for the past 7 years, nationally and abroad, a.o.: Germany, UK, Estonia, Finland and Indonesia. The past few years, I have mostly been advising on and researching complex innovation processes in higher and vocational education. My PhD research is on more or less the same topic; My main focus is on how institutions cope with institution-broad planned change. At this moment, I'm fulfilling a research position at Fontys and CHEPS (Centre for Higher Education Policy Studies). Next to this, I'm project manager of a research project on the monitoring of innovation progress of 200 bachelors on design as well as process level.
