I am an Associate Professor of Computer Science at the University of Regina. I teach courses about computers and society, web-oriented programming, and human-computer interaction. I am interested in the possibility of the web to encourage free knowledge on the web - on sites like citizendium. I am co-editing a book entitled "Free Knowledge: Global Stories of Knowledge Enslaved, Devalued, and Emancipated", which I hope will be published in 2012.
