I am a Ph.D. candidate in the Business and Public Policy Department at the Wharton School , University of Pennsylvania .

I expect to finish my degree this coming August, after which I will work for Shanghai Jiao Tong University’s Antai College of Management as an Assistant Professor in Management.

My doctoral dissertation consists of three essays in corporate strategy and corporate social responsibility, and they present empirical investigation of the link between corporate social performance and corporate financial performance, benefits of integrated strategy, and the expansion strategy of chain restaurants, respectively.

My areas of research include corporate strategy, corporate social responsibility, corporate governance, and industrial economics. My other interests include the East Asian economies, international political economy, and evolution of complex systems.
