Kevin Braunsdorf ("ksb") has contributed significant code to many open source software projects. He is famous for extreme code style and function, for example the calculator sited in the Wikipedia article on the UNIX stream editor (sed) -- people would not usually think to do aritmetic operations with only regular expressions. He has taught C, parallel programming, and UNIX shell programming for 20 years, been a speaker at COMDEX, USENIX and LISA. His recent interest are centered around the study of complex structures.

Papers pending include one to this summer's SEKE conference (coauthored with Sarah Lee). He is currently a Technical Fellow at FedEx Services in Memphis, TN.
