Date of birth: 27th March 1941, Austrian nationality. Studied jurisprudence and national economics at the Universities in Vienna, Austria and St. Gallen, Switzerland. Graduated Dr.jur. (LL.D) and Mag.rer.soc.oec (MBA). Languages: German, English, French and Hungarian.

Professional carrier: Attorney at Law, Head of the Environment and Energy Department of the Austrian Federal Chamber of Commerce, Secretary General of the Austrian Federal Chamber of Architects and Engineers. Austrian Delegate to International Organisations (UNO, ECE, OECD), often as Extraordinary Ambassador and Authorized Minister. From 1983 to 1987 Permanent Observer SACEP to UNIDO in Vienna. 1999: Founding Member of EIED European Institute for Economic Development.

Since 01.01.2007 Permanent Representative of WASME World Association for Small and Medium Enterprisesin Vienna and Alternate Representative WASME to UNIDO – United Nations Industrial Development Organization.
