I am a French native, born in Épinal in 1968. I have been living in various places in France (Épinal, Paris, Rouen, French Riviera) and in foreign countries (USA: Atlanta/GA, Canada:Montréal/QC). In 2002, I settled in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

I have two children, Marine and Romain, from my first marriage. I divorced in 2001 and married my present Brazilian wife, Anya, in 2003.

I used to work as a system and network engineer, graduated from http://www.esigelec.fr/PeopleWayWeb/frontoffice/tools/profiling/change_lang.jsp?languagecode=en (École Supérieure d'Ingénieurs en Génie Électrique, Rouen, France) in 1992. I completed my education with a mastère (one-year' post-graduation) in Information Systems Management at http://www.escpeurope.eu/ (École Supérieure de Commerce de Paris, France) in 1993. In Rio de Janeiro I graduated an Executive MBA at [[Coppead/UFRJ|http://www.coppead.ufrj.br] (Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro) in 2005.

My professional experience has been the combination of projects and teams management, networks, systems and security administration and development, web and e-commerce sites planning and development and eventually business management.

I spend much of my hobby time developing some personal projects based on peer-to-peer technology, that I might release some day as open-source. I use the remaining of my free time reading various books from romances to technology and learning on my own.

I hope to contribute eficiently and positively to the Citizendium Project, mainly based on my knowledge and experience in technologies but also on specific cultural domains related to France or to the French language.
