I am currently a third year Biomedical Physics major at Northeastern University in Boston, MA. I currently enrolled in an advanced writing in the sciences class which requires us to write a piece for a public audience. This semester, I have been researching fructose, its metabolism, and the consequences of excessive fructose consumption on human health. After looking through citizendium, I noticed that there was no article regarding fructose and was hoping I would be able to contribute in this regard as well as in other areas in the future.
