I am Tim Westbrook, a resident of Newark, Delaware, a history graduate of Randolph-Macon College in Ashland, Virginia, and the Information Systems Manager of the New Castle County, Delaware government which includes all northern Delaware. My wife of over thirty years works at Winterthur Museum and I have three grown children.

History has been my on-going passion and I have spent the last several years attempting to produce quality articles and charts in Wikipedia about the U.S. Congress and Delaware, especially its leaders.
